2026 marks a historic milestone for Brivaplast as the company celebrates its 60th anniversary. 

Founded in 1966, the company has spent six decades at the forefront of the beauty industry, and it is honoring this sixty-year legacy by completing a significant expansion of its production facilities. 

The recent expansion has increased Brivaplast’s total production space by 35%, a move designed to optimize workflows and boost internal capacity. The new area serves as a hub of technological advancement, featuring enhanced assembly and decoration machinery.

The facility also includes a new automated vertical warehouse and a high-density storage area, all within a strictly controlled, filtered, and climate-controlled environment. 

To ensure performance, state-of-the-art monitors have been installed throughout the floor to track real-time production data and departmental efficiency.

This strategic investment underscores Brivaplast’s commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and meeting the ever-evolving demands of the global market.

Beyond the factory floor, the investment prioritizes the well-being of the team with brand-new office spaces and dedicated employee areas. The reorganization includes relocating the sampling department and expanding archive capacity, all aimed at enhancing the speed and quality of service provided to international clients.

The innovation extends to Metal Tech as well, where a new two-color silk-screen printing machine has been introduced to elevate the company’s decoration capabilities.
